Delay between items - Determines how long in seconds a news item stops between items. The higher the number the faster the news items are displayed.
Max chars - This is how many characters of news items are displayed before ellipsis (...) are used. For example, a item of news:
"The quick brown from jumped over the lazy dog"
If the Max chars is set to 25, for example, the news item above would be displayed as:
"The quick brown from jump..."
